When you begin the game again, you will have Special Launcher (note still one shot). When Ada tosses out the Special Launcher, get it, and finish Saddler with the P.R.L.
weapon unlocked by completing Professional difficulty mode to waste Saddler.
Without using a Gameshark (or similar device), you can keep the Special Launcher Ada throws down during the final fight. When they are on the ground simply knife them. When you are low on ammo but have to kill a few enemies try to group them together, shoot the frontman of the group in the head making him stumble then, run up and kick, this should knock down or push back all of the enemies.
